Draft — under legal review before publication. The provider's legal name, address, and governing law will be confirmed here.

1. What these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and the provider of FamPlan (the iOS app and its household sync service). By creating an account or using FamPlan, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

FamPlan helps a household plan its week: schedules, pickups, chores, meals, groceries, lists, events, and reminders. Core planning features are free. Optional paid features are offered as the FamPlan Plus subscription.

FamPlan is currently in beta. Features may change, and beta access to paid features may end when the paid tier launches.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep FamPlan available and your household in sync, but the service is provided without uptime guarantees. Features may be added, changed, or removed. If a change materially reduces what a paid subscription includes, you can cancel and Apple's refund policies apply.

9. Disclaimers

FamPlan is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. FamPlan is a planning aid: reminders can be delayed or missed by the device or network, and the app is not a substitute for your own judgment about your family's safety and obligations — school pickups included.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by factors outside its reasonable control. Total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for FamPlan Plus in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Ending use and deletion

12. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, the updated version will be published here with a new effective date, and the app or an email will point it out before it takes effect. Continuing to use FamPlan after that date means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes belong to the competent courts there — without limiting any consumer protections you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
